My family and I loved staying here for our annual fishing trip. Overall the property was great with tons of room. More than expected actually. We love that we can swim while others could fish off the deck. The fridge was cool when we got there which is a plus and the ac was cool when we got there and stayed cool the whole time. My dad has knee issues so it was nice for my parents to stay in the garage apartment so he didnt have to deal with as many stairs so we were pleasantly surprised by that area. Over all we loved our stay but there is definitely some maintenance that needs to be addressed. For one, there was trash all outside but I am thinking it was from the storm surge that came though the week before. I just would have expected it to be cleaned up by then. There is a shuffle board, but no sand so noone can use it. The underwater fishing lights do not work and it seems they probably haven't for a while. The lights at the deck flicker. The fridge door is hard to close. There is a drawer that doesnt close all of the way in the kitchen and one that the handle is completely missing. The largest room which is upstairs is great but it is lacking a door which is odd. It's small things that are easily fixable but there are a lot of them. Again, overall we loved our stay.

I don’t want to speak bad publicly about this home because we truly loved it last year -it was so much better - it needs better upkeep - we really like the layout and location of the home - kitchen well stocked - I hope upkeep is done on home and pool

the house was amazing looked like the photos...the house was super clean n had everything we needed for our week stay.. we'll definitely be back we also meet the neighbors friendly folks...it was everything and more we were looking for in our week stay.. thanks u Don and April for accommodating our stay n checking up on your renters

Over all the house was easy to find and the house was clean I liked how the kitchen was fully equipped especially for someone like me that’s cooks a lot the pots did need some upgrades and everything kept getting stuck the view was amazing house was spacious First night had some problems with the neighbors they didn’t like that we were laughing and talking in Spanish while we were in the pool keep in mind it wasn’t even 10 PM on a Friday the next morning the maintenance came by knocking really hard with an excuse that the garage was broken I told him I never made a report not was I informed that he was stopping I kindly asked him to leave and to take care of it when we check out he denied I let him in to take a look then told me he needed to look upstairs I definitely denied that because I realized they just wanted to see who was at the house I think the company could have been professional and just given me a call not sent a spy. The house was nice neighbors are not!

My family and I had a great time! We would definitely rent here again. Great for crabbing and fishing. They even had an extra kitchen downstairs, that was awesome
