The Gilligan's Island-themed S.S. Minnow is a spacious comfortable home that has all the amenities you need for your stay at the beach. Fully stocked kitchen with dining seating for eight. Additional tray tables available. Open floor plan with great working kitchen has newer appliances; granite counter tops; big pantry; cook top island that opens onto dining and living room with brand new furnishings that bring in the coastal charm while watching the 65' flat screen television. S.S. Minnow is located on the gulf side. The living room opens up to the spacious outdoor deck that overlooks your private *heated swimming pool. Outside area has plenty of lounge chairs and picnic tables with outdoor seating for the entire group. S.S. Minnow has a fenced in private pool so the small children are safe. Back inside you have two more bedrooms one with both with queen beds, plus twin-over-full bunk beds. Full bath down as well. Upstairs is the master suite with new mattress and private bath that has a walk in shower. Off master is a huge closet that has been converted to a child's bunk room and play room complete with 2 twin beds; kiddie chairs and games; toys and all the things children love after a day at the beach. This is a nice private beach area with less hustle and bustle but only a few minutes ride to get to the action. Beach walk over is at the end of the street. The Master Bedroom has enough room for a blow up mattress for additional sleeping if necessary. Every bedroom has a nice size flat screen TV. The property has a washer and dryer for your use. A short stroll away is the beach walkover to a beautiful private part of the beach. Come and unwind; take a dip in the private pool and have a great stay at S.S. Minnow! *Pool Heating or Cooling an additional $50/day (average heating temperature 82 degrees)

The property was as advertised but some things were left to figure out when we arrived. We had no access to the garages and listing doesn't specify. Garage would have be great since it was pouring down rain when we arrived. There is a hose in the back yard to wash sand off before going inside, but the gate has a lock so you can not get into the back yard without going through the house. After hours phone calls were never returned, ever. During hours they are prompt to answer and remedy problems. If pool heating is needed, it takes about 12 hours to heat up to usable temperature. Location was great. Short walk over boardwalk (parking at entrance) to uncrowded section of beach. Overall a great rental.
