Through the kitchen, you'll locate the primary guest bedroom with an en-suite bath that has a king-size bed, wall-mounted Smart TV, and sliding glass doors that lead out to a covered deck with direct views of Copano Bay, furnished with lounge rocking chairs. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors, commode and single-piece decorator vanity with storage space beneath. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a Smart Tv. Next to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom that features a rain fall shower with sliding glass doors, a single-piece vanity with ample storage space beneath. Adjacent to the living room is the third guest bedroom with a full over full bunk bed and a twin trundle, wall-mounted Smart TV and direct views of the canal and pool. Downstairs, separated from the main living area you'll find a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and a half bathroom.

This home will meet all your fishing and boating needs with a boat dock and a covered fish cleaning area with power and water. There is a single underwater green light to the left side of the dock. The boat lift is not available for guest. You can enjoy gorgeous bay views and cooling breezes from the covered patio that is furnished with two rocking chairs and a dining set that can seat up to six people in the back of the house. There's also a charcoal grill so you can grill up that perfect catch.
