Be sure to call before you go to ensure you are given the correct entry code. We were given the wrong one and had to call. It was resolved quickly, but that should be an easy thing to confirm to avoid guests standing at the door unable to enter.

Great community pool and easy access to the beach. Beach is clean and less busy than other more popular locations. Still plenty to do with an easy 30 minute drive to St. Augustine or Daytona.

Beautiful and private location, with an beachside ocean view from both the master bedroom and the balcony. Convenient parking on site. Gorgeous unit, with elevated ceilings and crown moldings. The unit looks bigger in person than we expected. Plenty of hot water for baths! We had a problem trying to use the door code upon first arrival, but it was quickly resolved over the phone. It was a non issue after that. The Distinctive team that manages this unit was always friendly and quick to respond. We didn’t want to leave!

Great location, view, and complex, but..... The condo needs many upgrades and repairs before I would stay in it again, especially at the listed price. Some are general maintenance needs, but others are repairs, refreshes and updates that are more significant. Issues we had included: 1) Carpet needs replaced (disgusting), 2) Master mattress needs replaced, 3) Multiple upholstered chairs stained, worn, damaged, and need replaced, 4) Guest queen door knob was barely hanging on (I tightened), 5) Microwave door handle unattached/broken at bottom, 6) Toaster is broken, 7) Dishwasher soap door doesn't open, 8) Chaise lounge on porch is broken/unusable, 8) Porch chairs are dirty/chipped, 9) Master shower needs bottom gasket, 10) Guest bath sink drips, 11) Front door lock needs screws tightened, 12) Porch slider extremely hard to open/close, 13) Ceiling & lamp light bulbs burned out, 14) Knives need sharpened, 15) Master shower handle falls off, 16) Twin bed is sloped (broken?), 17) Shade in twin bed room inoperable, 18) Kitchen outlet left of sink doesn't work, 19) Drawer handle on TV hutch broken/hanging, 20) Cable boxes in rooms unable to figure out, 20) Generally dated feel overall. Other units available for less money and more updated/higher-rated.
