Full of rustic charm, Alpine Cabin combines modern comfort with vintage appeal. The focal point of the spacious living room is a large, flat-screen HDTV with cable. The plushy, upholstered sofa, loveseat and recliner ensure everyone has an unimpeded view of both! Along one wall, a farmhouse table for four serves as a great place to bond over a family meal or a game of cards. Two ceiling fans ensure everyone stays cool during the warmer months.
For a mountain vacation dwelling, Alpine Cabin certainly doesn’t skimp on kitchen space! In addition to a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven/stovetop, coffeemaker and enough cookware and utensils for you to prepare anything, there’s a separate dining room/sunroom furnished with a glass-topped table for four.
To ensure you and your family are well rested for the variety of sporting activities the area has to offer, Alpine Cabin has two bedrooms with space to sleep up to eight people when the sofa bed in the living room is used for two. The spacious primary bedroom features a sumptuous king-size bed, soothing ceiling fan, two bedside tables with reading lamps and plenty of natural light. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and an overhead ceiling fan to lull you to sleep, while the third bedroom features twin bunk beds (kids especially will love these!).
For ultimate convenience, Alpine Cabin contains two beautifully tiled full bathrooms with shower/tub combos, so getting the whole family ready and out the door will be easier than ever. The amount of space they offer will amaze you! Plus, both bathrooms will be well stocked with clean, fluffy towels so there’s no need to waste precious packing space.
Alpine Cabin’s outside is at least as charming as its inside. Feel like throwing a barbecue? The charming front porch has a large gas grill along with comfortable cushioned chairs, settee and side tables. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the world come awake!
Built by a primary carpenter in the 1940s, Apache Village Cabins are a great choice for multiple families traveling together! These cabins have been updated to provide modern convenience while still retaining their original vintage look. Honey-colored, knotty pine walls and ceilings combine with the warm tones of the bedding, carpet and window coverings to add to the overall cozy feel, while beautiful handcrafted details show up in the most unexpected places.
Conveniently located near the Village of Ruidoso, the Apache Village Cabins are just minutes from restaurants, shopping and fascinating art galleries. The surrounding area is loaded with opportunities for outdoor adventurers, from skiing at the nearby Ski Apache resort to hiking and mountain biking in Lincoln National Forest. During the summer, Ruidoso Downs Racetrack features horse racing while, northeast of the village, history buffs can enjoy exploring the 19th Century adobe and stone buildings and museum of the Lincoln Historic Site. We stayed from 12/23/21 to 12/26/21. The cabin was nice and we enjoyed our time at Alpine Cabin. It was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The only exception was that we did not have WiFi signal at all during the entire stay. We were signed to the network but the router was in the office and the signal did not reach the cabin. It would also have been nice to be able to use the fireplace.
