Perfect location, easy to communicate with owners

The condo was great. It was close to the beach and easy access. There are many stores near by and places to eat. We felt safe in this area. The one draw back was how dirty the floors were in the condo. Our socks and feet were black. I understand that sand and such will be brought in, but this was beyond that. The management was easy to contact, but no cleaning took place. Such a great place. Such a shame.

All the bedroom lamps were half broken and pretty much useless. Bring a flashlight as there is No light at front door at night to see lock pad. Also, there were no "simple courtesy" items in this condo that we have enjoyed in other condos that we have vacationed in. Like plastic tubber ware for left over storage, paper plates, napkins, cups, etc. from previous guests and no beach accessories like a cooler, refillable bottles, floating toys. No extra blankets nor a simple pad of paper and pencil to write a shopping list on. Just plain common courtesy items.

We stayed a week with our adult children. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was large enough for several of us to be able to prep food together. The beach views are spectacular and the private balcony was large enough for all 5 of us to sit out on and enjoy the views. There is umbrella and beach chair service available and their private beach is not as crowded as the larger condos. The pool is beautiful and clean. The grills are all charcoal grills that are cleaned every morning. If there is a drawback, this condo does not have a hot tub, but that will not prevent us from being return customers.

Really nice place, would like to stay there again
