Boardwalk Breeze is a lovely home in the exclusive Sailhouse community located on Fulton Beach Rd. Please note that this home is NOT pet friendly. This spacious one-story home on the boardwalk to Aransas Bay features two large bedroom suites with two full bathrooms. Renters will enjoy wood flooring, granite counter tops, and coastal colors in this professionally decorated home.
An open floor plan includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen with high ceilings and many windows for a light and airy feeling. This home includes three flat screen TVs with satellite service, a DVD player, and a stereo with CD player and docking station. There is also a comfortable reclining sofa. The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy a large island in the kitchen with bar stools and lots of counter space.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, exquisite decor, and its own private bathroom. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and is cute and bright. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.

Guests at Sailhouse have full use of the swimming pool, 650 ft. lighted fishing pier, and a private bay front area - all in walking distance from the house. There is not a direct view of the bay from the home. Downtown Fulton is just a couple miles down the road for dining, shopping, and night life. We know you will enjoy your stay at Boardwalk Breeze! Absolutely no pets, and occupancy is strictly enforced.

For guests wishing to dine out or shop, Sailhouse is located near the Rockport/Fulton area, which has a variety of dining and shopping establishments. Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Market Street and an evening walking along the water. You can also enjoy fresh fish while watching the sunset over the bay at one of Rockport's many tasty seafood restaurants.

Parking is very limited within Sailhouse. Compliance with vehicle and parking rules in important for the safety and enjoyment of all residents and guests:
Parking upon any street within the subdivision is strictly prohibited
Personal vehicles parked on any lawn or common area is prohibited
NO boats, motor homes, RV's, campers or trailers
NO trucks larger than 3/4 ton, NO dual wheeled trucks, NO vehicles exceeding 19-1/2 feet long
A limited number of guests parking spaces are available at the swimming pool and the Hwy 35 entrance

If any of the above rules pertain to your vehicle size, we recommend looking for a home outside of the Sailhouse Community.
