We had booked another unit at Deer Ridge approximately one year ago, and loved the view so much that we eagerly booked Unit C308 - a different unit. We wanted one that was on the upper floor, as last time having people overhead kept us from sleeping due to the very thin ceilings. C308 is beautifully furnished, and it was clean at check in. The view is incomparable. The only two downsides we had were the mattresses in the other unit were very comfortable, and these really were not. They were quite hard actually. The management staff overall were very helpful about addressing things. The real downside was just the mattresses could be more comfortable. But the view is worth it.
