I was skeptical at first about booking this place after seeing the two negative reviews but decided to try it out anyway. We didn't have any issues with the hot tub but we did have a minor hot water issue in the basement bathroom. The hot water in the basement bathroom wasn't working on the last night so some of us ended up taking showers upstairs. The shower head on the main floor bathroom could use an upgrade (poor water pressure) and the water dispenser on the fridge is super slow. We contacted Taylor-Made because master bath drain was slow and cable wasn't working. They responded quickly and sent someone right away and fixed the drain. But for cable, he said he would be back in an hour but never came back. The grill had no gas but we didn't contact the host since it was on our last day here. All in all, we had a good time and the place is exactly as described. If didn't encounter minor issues mentioned above, I would've given a 5-star rating.

Awesome place to select for a week long vacation and a short weekend getaway. Beds are comfortable and have enough space for for 14 like they stated. I had 10 people. I love that they had a basketball court and well and the kids loved the fire pit.
