Called company referred by management company, cost me $824 and didn’t have cart til next day. Garbage was full and AC never went below 70 06/18/2024
KS Keith S.	Verified Guest Comment This house was very nice. Neighborhood is beautiful and just a quick golf cart ride to the beach. We only had a few issues. There was so little toilet paper and dish soap that we had to go to the store to buy some just to get through our stay. We asked about the dish soap, and they said that was all they give guests, so I'm assuming that is all the toilet paper they give as well. There is no shampoo/conditioner, and nothing in the fridge (condiments etc.). Also, there was no beach gear whatsoever. This was unlike all other Airbnbs we have stayed at before. Not a huge problem, just good to know before coming that you will need to bring these items or purchase at the store if you didn't bring. The other thing that was tough is that the bunk beds are unmade upon arrival. It was pretty hard to make them ourselves since they are so high. There was also some sand in the kids' beds. Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
