Our stay was great overall, it's a beautiful house and I'd recommend it. The game room really added a lot and we loved the space. The only thing Distinctive could improve on is knowing the individual properties better. I asked a couple of very specific questions (before arrival) and the answers they gave me were very generic and not accurate. These were minor things, however it just would've saved me some time and space on my packing. So for anyone that wants to know: This property has 4 beach/pool towels available for use. The coffee maker makes both regular drip coffee and Keurig style. There are 2 beach chairs available for use. The game room shows a pool table and darts, but there is an air hockey table as well! The kitchen has a large spice rack full of staple herbs and spices, but there was no salt to be found. It would be nice if tenants could leave condiments for others to use, but that is apparently against policy. There were some board games and yard games. Great place!

Great location close to restaurants and grocery store. Amazing view with sunrise over the water. We saw dolphins. Nice quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was clean with nice furnishings, pool area, outdoor furniture, and grill! We did need to purchase extra paper towels and garbage bags they didn’t provide additional replacements. We would stay there again on our next visit!
