The condo was beautiful and very clean! Loved everything about it and will definitely be staying there next year!

Die Lage ist unübertrefflich und der Balkon und die Dachterasse sind jeden Tag auf's Neue ein Genuss! Das Haus ist schon älter und wer gesteigerten Wert auf moderne Ausstattung und Neubau legt ist hier falsch. Die Wohnung und auch das Haus sind schon älter aber gut ausgestattet!Der Pool liegt hinter dem Haus neben dem Parkplatz. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Pier-ein kleiner 7 Eleven ist um die Ecke! Für uns war die Lage das wichtigste....wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

It was the best vacation ever! From waking up and sitting on the patio, then sitting on the beach and then sitting on the patio watching the sunset! We loved the condo and all the amenities. It was perfect!!

We've stayed at several different properties on the North end of the island, and this location was by far the quietest. I think there were maybe 2-3 other families in the building during the week. The top floor location of the property also contributed to the quiet stay. In the past in other properties where we were in mid level floors, we could hear the people above and below. Not here. Perfect quiet evenings on the lanai and open patio. This was one of the nicest places we've stayed in our 11 years of visiting FMB. The open air patio was something different for us this year and it was wonderful. During the afternoon, we could sit out and enjoy the sunshine while the kiddos napped. And in the evenings, we could sit out and get lost looking at the stars while listening to the waves rolling in. Inside, the mattresses were the most comfortable mattresses we've ever slept on. Shower/bath area was adequate. Kitchen area had everything needed to cook meals. The only thing I missed inside was a recliner. The couch and chairs were fine, but my old butt really likes to kick back in a recliner :-) The keyless entry to the unit is nice. However, the building itself requires a key to enter. I totally understand and appreciate the safety factor. But it was inconvenient to have to carry a key around when out, at the pool, or down on the beach. Not a huge deal, but minor inconvenience. Overall one of our best trips and one of our best places we've stayed at. Will definitely consider next year.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Within walking distance to Times Square and Shuttle pickup location very close to complex. Stunning large pool was new, heated, with covered sitting/dining area and plenty of chairs/loungers. Overall the decor is very comfortable (nothing loud) and furniture is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed with everything needed to prepare meals and/or mixed drinks (if you have the desire to cook while on vacation). View from the balcony goes on for miles, can even see the lighthouse on Sanibel Island. Good size TV in the living room with Netflix capability. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Management of the Cane Palm complex seems to do a good job keeping the grounds clean and manicured. Cons: No TV in the second bedroom with very minimum closet/storage space and ceiling fan does not work.. Bathrooms are really small with the master bath having the medicine cabinet sticking out of the wall and positioned way too low (cannot bend completely over the sink and your head will hit the cabinet when trying to wash your face/brush teeth). Water pressure in the master bath is weak. King bed in master bedroom has a gel-foam cover over the mattress but the sheets do not accommodate the added height - you will be fixing the fitted sheet and cover sheet every morning. The enclosed lanai has no sweep at the bottom of the screen door which allows all the bugs (no-seeums) to enter only to die by the next morning.
