Three stories high and 5,000 square feet, Tiki Tides sports million-dollar views in two directions: oceanfront, giving you a front-row seat for the sunrise, and western, setting you up for breathtaking sunsets. The main living area is on the second floor. A gorgeous great room with ultra-comfortable seating, a 75-inch Sony 4K Smart TV. This room also has a cable box, Roku player . Just beyond this is the formal dining room, one of the nicest areas at Tiki Tides. The ocean views are stunning, and the room opens onto the balcony so that you can make it an indoor/outdoor space for entertaining.
Whether or not you plan on cooking during this vacation, the fully stocked kitchen at Tiki Tides will tempt you. Perfectly suited for multiple cooks, the room is lavishly decorated in travertine tile, the stainless-steel appliances and the custom cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. Features include a crockpot, air fryer, griddle countertop and electric grill. You could easily prepare a feast for 16 in this kitchen! But even if you prefer to dine out, stock the fridge with drinks and snacks, keep the coffee maker on perk and toss everything into the dishwasher on your way to the beach!
There is a second living space on the first floor that kids of all ages will love. The combination game room and family room is just in from the pool area, and you may find it hard to pry teens from this particular spot! A brand new 65-inch 4K Sony TV is available with a cable box, Roku player and BluRay player as well as a wet bar in the corner to provide handy libations. The couches and chairs are “sink right in” comfy, and with the swimming pool just steps away, the whole area is a paradise of relaxation and recreation!
Ride the elevator up to the third floor to view the three “primary suites” – bedrooms that each have an en-suite bath! The true primary is unmistakable, with its enormous size, balcony access, brand new premium 65-inch Sony 4K TV with cable box, Roku, and ocean views. There’s a complete sitting area in this suite, and the couch opens into a bed for two – perfect for parents of young children not ready to sleep on their own yet. The bathroom is palatial in the primary suite as well, featuring a deep soaking tub and walk-in shower with a corner shower seat. You will treasure this nightly retreat!
The other two primary suites on the third floor each have French doors leading to lovely balconies and en-suite baths that feature walk-in showers. Both of these bedrooms boast brand new 55-inch Sony 4K TVs with Roku. And, of course, all of your linens and towels are provided. We even have a laundry room with washer, dryer and sink to keep everything stays fresh and clean! Two bedrooms occupy the second floor, including two more suites! One has a king-size bed and leads out to a balcony with sunset views, while the other also contains a queen-size bed and also has an en-suite bath with a corner shower seat. Both of which feature Sony Smart TVs. Everyone will find the perfect place to sleep at Tiki Tides!
There are two bedrooms on the first floor as well. Each contains a set of bunks, a 32-inch and 39-inch HDTV with Roku players including local cable and plenty of storage space as well as access directly to the pool patio. This floor makes a great “privacy pad” for teens, older children and adults who like to get up early, do a few laps in the pool and stroll down to the beach. Also available on the lower level are 12 Tiki Tides beach towels and cart for use during your stay.
As beautiful and luxe as Tiki Tides is, its location is even better. Nothing stands between you and Cinnamon Beach but a boardwalk over the dunes. And the house is located in Cinnamon Beach Resort, with access to all the amenities from swimming pools to a clubhouse with fitness center to a kid’s water splash zone so you'll never run out of fun things to do with the family!

Our family has enjoyed vacationing at Tiki Tides for 5 years. We missed one year due to covid. The location is prime and the home provides all the amenities you need to have a wonderful time! This year there was the addition of the foosball table on the lower floor. The grands loved, and when they are happy, we are happy. The home is well maintained and designed to relax and enjoy.

Rented this with a group of 12 women. We had a fabulous stay at this amazing house and hope to book it again for our gathering next year. The only real issue was the pool and spa not staying warm enough to use so we took the short walk over to the club pool and hot tub.

Our 4 families gathered for our annual summer vacation together. Ages ranged from 3 to 68. The house provided us with plenty of room and the location was perfect. We spent a day at Typhoon Lagoon water park ( about 2hours away in Orlando ) some time in Daytona and also in Saint Augustine. The convenience of having the community pools available was a nice bonus added to our private pool. The beach was very nice, not crowded and there were plenty of beach chairs at the house along with a beach cart and some sand toys. There were also beach umbrellas and shade covers. The house was very clean and ready for use when we got there, and any minor issue we had was taken care of very quickly by the maintenance people. The views of the ocean were fantastic with the large sliding glass doors on to the decks. It is in a very nice quiet gated community area. Looking at the picture of Tiki Tides it looks like there is an empty lot on the left of it but there is now house in that spot. We were fortunate that no one was in either side of us. Houses are very close together. The pool is a little smaller that appears in the picture but it was not a problem because we spent so much time at the beach. There are 3 floors so be prepared to for some exercise or take the elevator, just be patient. Since the house has ceramic tile floors and very high ceilings sound does carry very easily. The supply of dishes and glassware was perfect for our large group. The extra refrigerator on the first floor was very useful. One suggestion might be one large flat griddle, because making pancakes one at a time is rather annoying. We did a major food supply shopping run at a Super Walmart about 15 minutes away and then any quick shopping trips were done at Publix only a mile away. Our vacation at Tiki Tides was great for our family.
