Welcome to Sun Caper 805, a resort-style two-bedroom, two-bath condo in a very tropical gulf-front setting, lending to an island atmosphere without even leaving the resort. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and close to a wide variety of amenities that include a public marina and and restaurants. Minimum stay is one month. The island's Publix supermarket is located mid-island, also within a short driving distance. The resort has a unique beach and lagoon setting on the gulf side, with a wildlife area and gulf beach access. Just down the boulevard is a CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza, with many shops and restaurants. There is also a quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too many clubs, restaurants, and boutiques to count. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lovers Key Park. Amenities at Sun Caper include a community center, fitness area, resort style heated swimming pool, outdoor grill area and ample parking. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided and a private laundry.

Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator with a glass wall takes you to #805. Bellman trolleys and carts are available to make your arrival a little easier. Enter the foyer and open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is carpeting throughout, with tile in the entry, kitchen, bathrooms and patio. The kitchen has recessed lighting in the ceiling, plenty of hard surface counterspace with a tile backsplash, and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! There is a double stainless steel sink with disposal, refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, glasstop range with a self-cleaning oven, countertop microwave, and dishwasher. There is a pass-through to the dining area.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry area behind folding doors with a washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a mirrored wall that adds to the spacious feeling and is furnished with a round glass-top table, four upholstered chairs, and a buffet. This flows into the living area, which has two sofas, including one that doubles as a queen-size sleeper, with an end table and lamp, a floor lamp at the end of the other sofa, as well as a glass-top coffee table. In the corner is an overstuffed chair with a table and lamp and a credenza with a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to the screened-in and furnished balcony with its 180-degree view of the gulf and beach toward Sanibel Island to the north and west and the skyline of Bonita Springs and Naples to the south and east, all from an eighth floor vantage point. Balcony furnishings include a cushioned wicker love seat and a glass-top wicker cafe table with two cushioned wicker chairs.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a queen-size bed with nightstands with lamps, a leather chair with ottoman, a corner upholstered chair, and a triple dresser with a flat-screen TV. There is a window with views that include the tropically landscaped rear lawn areas, tropical ponds and gulf, the swimming pool, and the tiki hut cabana. There are sliding glass doors from here out to the balcony. There is ample closet space. The bathroom has a large vanity with a lavatory and plenty of drawer and cabinet space, a linen closet, a commode and a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom has beautiful custom-built wall units and a corner desk, a pull down Murphy bed, a three-drawer chest with a lamp, and ample closet space with mirrored louvered doors. The adjacent guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower, vanity with lavatory and commode.
