Upon arrival there are two assigned parking spaces available. One is covered at the ground floor level, and one is in an open area. Entrance from the garage area has a ramp and steps into the secure lobby. Bellman trolleys and luggage carts are available to simplify your arrival. Two elevators are available to provide access to your accommodatioins. Leaving the elevator on the fourth floor, entry is into the open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area. There is carpeting throughout except for tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare full course meals if desired. Just bring the food! There are plenty of cabinets and granite counter space. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. There is an elevated pass-through bar into the living area with two high-boy bar seats. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area that's furnished with a sofa with end tables and lamps, coffee table, two side chairs and a large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors extend the living area to the screen-enclosed and well-furnished balcony with its amazing panoramic views.

The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner over-stuffed chair with ottoman and a credenza with large flat screen TV. A private glass door provides access to the balcony. There is a large walk-in closet and the en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower with tile flooring and sliding glass doors, a separate garden jacuzzi tub and granite vanities with two lavatories and storage space beneath. There is a separate room with toilet and bidet, as well as linen closet. The guest bedroom has one twin bed and one twin trundle bed that can be used as a third twin or one king bed, a dresser and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bathroom has a granite vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer set.
