Views are of the surrounding network of canals and all the lush tropical foliage. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a public marina and movie theatre. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include deeded beach access, a clubhouse just steps from your building, two heated pools, shuffleboard courts, gas BBQ grills in the common areas, and a fishing pier. The clubhouse has a small library, as well as kitchen that can be reserved for entertainment needs outside the condo. The community's grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV.
Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby. For your arrival convenience there are luggage carts available behind the lobby, as well as ample parking. Take the elevator to the first floor and enter into a tiled foyer and the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, with carpeting in the rest of the living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen is complete with plenty of counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if desired. Just bring the food! There is a stainless steel sink with disposal, as well as a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, built-in range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, and countertop microwave. A pass-through bar into the dining area has two barstools. Your own washer and dryer are included in your condo as well. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four and flows into the living room that's furnished with a queen-size sleeper-sofa and matching love seat, end tables and lamps, as well as glass-top coffee table and two overstuffed recliners. A large flat screen TV on a credenza is along the wall opposite the sofa, with an adjacent corner chair and floor lamp. Large sliding glass doors lead out onto the well-furnished screened-in balcony with a table seating four. This may well be a frequent focal point to sit and enjoy the fantastic view of the canals and numerous boat docks.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a 5-drawer chest, triple dresser and large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the screened in balcony, which is furnished with a chair and ottoman, a lounge chair, a cocktail table, and a lamp, again with a magnificent view of two intersecting canals. There is a large walk-in closet, next to which is the en suite bathroom with vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom has two single beds with 3-drawer chest and lamp in between and a 5-drawer chest with flat screen TV. There is a also a walk-in closet and a corner chair. The adjacent guest bath has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower with sliding glass doors.

Although I signed everything and new what was expected. The people in the association that lived there were rude. Telling me that we couldn't fish in the canals. Which was a lie!
