In general, this house was everything we expected with a couple of notable exceptions. Probably this biggest issue is that the heater for the pool didn\'t work. The pool was only 71 degrees the whole time so we never got into it. Way too cold! The reason we selected this property was due to the heated pool but we NEVER used it. One of our family members with us on the trip operates a pool company and knew what was wrong with the heater and we called to report it but it was never fixed. Some other items that impact the overall score. The spare bedroom with the twin beds did not have its TV hooked up to anything. Our youngest was in that room and had NO television. Lastly, the WiFi in the house is pretty horrible. We moved the wireless router to as close to the MBR door as we could and we could still only get one bar on the other side of the house. Fortunately, we had strong cell service and could use our hot spots. On the positive side: 1) The pool and lanai are beautiful. We sat out at the fantastic outside table every morning when we got up and it was so peaceful and comfortable (if only that darn pool was heated). The pool was big and clean and was very well taken care of. 2) Plenty of seating to eat or watch TV in the main area. Very comfortable. 3) New appliances were very nice with lots of pans and dishes for cooking and eating. 4) Close access to the beach made it great to head down there every day. All-in-all a very nice place with one major disappointment...
