Spent first 2 days trying to get air conditioning fixed. Inundated with calls, texts, voice mails of clearly concerned agents but response was to send maintenance at 8:30 p one day and the dinner hour the next. Spent most of the first 48 hours in 80 degree humid condo despite it being high 60’s outside. This included several text lectures on how to use a thermostat appropriately. Apparently I missed those lectures in med school 25 years ago. Otherwise excellent location, building, unit. Could stand a few more larger pots/pans (etc).

Only problem was when we first arrived. Was not sent an access code for our condo. This was after emailing a couple days prior and I did not get a reply. I called contact number when I got there and had to wait on hold a couple of different times a while before finally receiving access code.
