Sunset Retreat has a deck facing the Gulf of Mexico where guests can watch as the native brown pelicans make there way across the island from the Bayside to the Beachside. Bird watchers will also enjoy spotting egrets, herons and sandpipers along the water's edge.

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%!
