You can even bring 2 furbabies (30 lb max each) to share your stay. There are many features that make this home the perfect getaway- whether it be the private, downstairs apartment or the breathtaking views from the upstairs patio, Casa Copano is sure to become a family favorite in the Miss Kitty's rental pool!
LIVING AREAS
This cozy living area overlooks Salt Lake and has 3 recliners, a leather sofa, and seating at the custom-designed, lobster trap coffee table.
There is a breakfast nook that also overlooks Salt Lake and has a table with built-in chess and checkerboard. Family game night, anyone?
The downstairs apartment has a living room with sliding glass door. Simply walk out to the downstairs patio and enjoy the beautiful water views Casa Copano has to offer.
KITCHEN & DINING
This home has both an upstairs kitchen on the main floor and a kitchen in the downstairs apartment. Fully stocked with utensils, plates and cookware, there is no need to fret over packing the essentials. The kitchens also provide all modern appliances needed, including a dishwasher, microwave stainless steel fridge with icemaker in the freezer drawer and traditional coffeepot.
There is dining space for up to 10 guests, plus seating for 4 in the breakfast area.
The downstairs kitchen area is also has a fully equipped kitchen with mini refrigerator.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This home has 4 upstairs bedrooms and 2 upstairs bathrooms. The primary bedroom features gorgeous views of Salt Lake, a a king bed, and a primary bathroom with walk-in shower.
The second guest bathroom has a king bed, 32 inch flat screen television, and ample shelf and closet space.
The third upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the other bedroom down the hall. From your window you can see Copano Bay.
The fourth and final upstairs guest bedroom also has a queen bed and views of Copano Bay.
Casa Copano also has a private, downstairs apartment that will sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. There is one bathroom that is shared by the both the primary bedroom and guest bedroom.
The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, and the spare bedroom has a twin/queen bunk bed.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
This home provides complimentary Wi-Fi, cable in the upstairs living room, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. There is also a washer and dryer located in the upstairs, living room closet. This house is pet friendly, so feel free to bring Fido!
OUTDOOR AREAS
Casa Copano provides the ultimate outdoor areas for any group coming in for a visit. The upstairs deck has bar-height Adirondack chairs and a built-in bar to rest your drinks while gazing at the beautiful Salt Lake sunsets. Charcoal BBQ grill
If you walk down to the water, there is a private dock and built in bench to cast a line from. The backyard is fenced in and perfect for dogs 30 pounds and under.

Copano Ridge is one of Rockport's premier waterfront communities. For those who enjoy a quiet neighborhood just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rockport, look no further!
This home is perfectly nestled in the center of the neighborhood and has plenty of space for those looking to relax on their getaway- whether it be in one of the outdoor spaces, the downstairs apartment, or the main level upstairs.
Goose Island State Park (15-minute drive) is a haven for hiking, kayaking, and fishing, and Fly Fish Rockport (5-minute drive) is your go-to option to arrange fishing charters.
Local eats and shops are just down the street in Fulton- only a 5 minute drive from Copano Ridge!

The property was clean on the top floor with nice views of Salt Lake. There were clean linens and towels but you will need to bring your own toiletries. There was an old piece of plywood covering a hole in the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. There are no working lights or green lights on the dock making it difficult to fish at night.

PROs: Very nice that it is stocked with enough soap, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, paper towels to last first few days! Dock was fun and roomy for several to fish on. Plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate large group (not 3 to a bed like some vrbos math!) Very well stocked kitchen for large group Plenty of seating in the house for large group Ice maker in downstairs apartment cranked out the ice The provided fishing rags were handy Downstairs apartment is ground-level entry...which was nice for mobility impaired grandma! Both sets of neighbors appear to be permanent residents and both were friendly to us. Responsive management company...was able to call and speak to real live local person. EZ check-in and entry to house CONs: Some maintenance needed (to be fair, maritime environment is hard on metal...gotta paint, paint, paint) Dock light GFCI perpetually tripped... lights haven't worked in awhile according to neighbor (would be nice to be able to fish at night when it's cooler outside) Need ceiling fans in downstairs apartment...gets kind of warm Ice maker upstairs (where everyone congregates) is very SLOW Grills were iffy...we chose not to use them
