This property has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with a large dining table for guests to enjoy. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is suitable for cooking, entertaining and watching the extra-large smart flat screen tv in the living area. Guests will enjoy a fully outfitted kitchen and a gift from the owner when reserving Diamond Beach 608-Blue Lagoon. The living area also has a remote control operated fireplace to set the mood.
Sleeping accommodations are as follows: The primary bedroom is very unique in that the bedroom has a large big glass window with a view out to the water and drapery for privacy and darkening the room as desired. This bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, en suite bath with a separate jetted tub and step-in shower (grab bars for safety) and dual vanity. The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan with a shared bath. The third bedroom features a twin over twin trundle bed, TV and shared bath The shared bath is for general use and features a step-in shower as well as a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living area features a full-size sleeper sofa.

Diamond Beach Resort is a five-star, luxury getaway, located on the West End, just at the end of the Seawall, world’s longest continuous sidewalk. All units offer a private balcony with expansive and unobstructed Gulf Views. Guest will be able to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall, watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead and look down below to the outdoor pool and lazy river, without leaving your condo. Diamond Beach Resort amenities include a three-tiered 300′ cascading infinity outdoor pool, 750′ outdoor lazy river (guests must bring own tubes), outdoor water slide (peak season 11 am – 7 pm), two outdoor hot tubs, outdoor swim-up bar and grill (peak season), sand volleyball court, cornhole, chess, ping pong, grills (9 am – 7 pm by reservation), cabana rentals (9 am – 5 pm by reservation), outdoor shower, indoor heated pool, outdoor veranda perfect for watching the sunset, game room, Ocean Movie Theater (open to public before 3 pm and private reservations after that time), Wine and Dine Room, children’s Jungle Playroom, 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 business center, conference room, vending machines, secure building and gated community.

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit). If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand.
Elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.

Great experience!!! Very well stocked place and pristinely clean.. kids and adults enjoyed the TG get together to the fullest. Outdoor and indoor facilities are well maintained. The location is within few miles of good restaurants and makes it easier on the food front. Pleasure pier is 10-12 min drive and that could be star attraction for younger kids. We will certainly be going back and recommend it for people visiting Galveston.

Check in staff were efficient and very pleasant. The condo was well cleaned and ready for us. The unit was very nicely furnished, and everything worked very well. The pools and pool bar were great fun. We\'ll be back again soon.

We have been coming to Galveston beaches and different properties for last many years but this one in Diamond beach condos is by far the best vacation so far. I mean this is not a typical condo complex, it's a resort similar to ones in Cancun. It has all the amenities you name it, beautiful large size pools with waterfalls, cabanas, outdoor grills, water park style lazy river, heated pool and hot tubs, very large and modern fitness center with all glass windows to ocean etc. Kids love the luxurious movie theater that's like Palladium style with couches and pillows etc. Lots of games for small and big kids and even a gaming arcade so you don't even have to leave the resort of you chose to. This building is at the end of seawall so there is no thru traffic and I see many people put up chairs on the seawall and relax without worrying about the traffic and cars. You can also walk to the nice and clean sand beach on the side of building and its very peaceful there, water is cleaner, much better than the main beaches which are very crowded these days. It's close enough to main attractions but still adequately away from the crowd. Great location. This particular unit we stayed in is I think very new to listings so there were no reviews yet but it's awesome one. It's perfect location on 6th floor and you can see the pool, the ocean, the seawall and if you see to the west, it's long sand beach and white waves all the way you can see. Balcony is very spacious and I could even sleep there gazing stars with the sound of waves and nice ocean breeze. 6th floor balcony is no issue for privacy or safety at all, loved it totally. The interior is so nicely and tastefully done, it's modern but still cozy and homely. Best part was the window from master bedroom that we could see the ocean from our bed and also from the main shower! Brilliant design I would say. Thanks to Ryson vacation rentals for a lovey and well managed vacation. Gulf coast weather is always tricky, it can rain any time there but it's no issue in this property at all. There are so many things to do indoor and outdoors, you can enjoy many days rain or shine. Everyone in our group loved it and can't wait to come back here again soon. Highly recommended.
