Nice unit with a comfortable bed and couch. There are a few things that need attention. The entrance door sticks and is hard to open and close, the storm door is in bad shape, the bed bench has stains on it, and there is a couple of black marks on the wall under the TV. I addressed these issues with the property management and they offered to address them while I was there but I chose for them to fix the issues after we checked out.

Great place to stay! We loved unit, heated pools, snack shack, beach, watching the Friday fireworks from our door, and seeing the dolphins swimming. Great, clean, quiet place!

Overall, we loved this rental. I would say a “partial beach view” is a stretch, but it is an easy walk to the beach with easy access. Something else I wish was noted or that I would have checked was that the beach you have access to is not pet friendly. The condo was clean and our kids loved the bunk beds. The restaurant within the resort was delicious.

Quite small. Fine for 2 people.

While this unit was small, it was comfy and suited us well. the beds were comfy and the pillows were plush (so appreciated the older we get). The host was responsive and very friendly. We loved the location. The heated pool and hot tubs were great, even in 50° weather. The kitchen was fairly well stocked and met our needs. we did cook daily and had all we needed. I will note that if you're staying more than a couple of days you'll need to bring spray cleaner (there isn't anything to clean with), trash bags (they give 2) , dishwasher pods (they give 2) , dish detergent (they give 20ml), toilet paper(they give 1 small roll) and paper towel (you get one small roll). This wasn't a huge deal as we did a grocery delivery order right away, but it's good to know. Additionally, note that you can see the Gulf from the balcony as well as a pool. I loved the location of this unit. All in all, it was a wonderful trip full of great memories Thank you!
