Super cute and cozy for out family of 4, last minute vacation before school starts!

You get what you paid for. It was manageable for the price. The furniture indoor and outdoor was nice, lights for bunk beds was a nice touch, you might have to tidy up some from the lack of their cleaning service, but otherwise pleasant. Nice view, nice pool, and overall ok. Be sure to read all the fine lines on check in and out. Check in emails state passes are in the condo but the app at the bottom of check description is a special note you have to go over the bridge to get keys for pool and parking passes. I was verbally told to leave the keys on the counter but was texted on departure that I was to return keys. Not a smooth process.

Loved the location. To have the pool right outside your balcony and the ocean just steps away from us was amazing.

The bathroom sinks did not drain properly. Contacted you all twice about the issue and was told you would have it fixed. It was never fixed. I talked to Kyle about it twice (Sunday and Monday) and he said he would get a work order in and if it was OK to go in the condo if we were not present, which I said yes. Nothing was ever done. Spent the week brushing teeth and shaving in the kitchen sink, Bummer!

We enjoyed our stay here SO much. We definitely want to try and book another stay here in the near future, that’s how much we loved it! The location is right where you want to be in the town of Surf City! Very close to numerous restaurants, stores, coffee shops, ice cream shops- the list goes on! Prime location. We were a very easy, convenient walk to the ocean AND pool. This condo made our down time during our vacation SO relaxing. We will definitely stay here again soon! Very convenient in all regards. Can’t wait to come back!
