- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

If the guests upstairs are loud - you can hear everything downstairs. The a/c in this unit is amazing. The back porch out onto the sand dunes is great, too!

With the amount of money it cost to book with this management company, it would be better if some commodities be provided such as toilet paper. I was a bit taken away that only one roll was provided and the guest are required to supply their own. 1 roll for X amount of guest is unacceptable. Never had the issue before with other property management companys. It is a luxry to take a vacation and the amount of money people spend to do so expecially in this economy, the least a management company could do is provide an adequate amount of toilet paper. Providing toilet paper would not detrimentally affect the revenue. Also, the information provided for the WIFI was in correct and we had to figure it out on our own. The check in time is not until 4 but the out time is 9 am. That was mind blowing to me. I get the rooms need to be cleaned but it does not take 7 hours to clean a 1 bedroom condo. Who ever cleaned the one I stayed in barely spent an hour. I will not waste my money renting from this company again.

Before each guest checks in, Southern provides a link to our guest portal containing property information and amenities offered in each unit. In the interest of our guests, we provide an initial roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag for our guests however, any additional items needed that were not listed in the guest portal description must be provided by the guest.
