I booked this place for a family beach vacation to celebrate my dad’s birthday. I also invited my best friend and her mom to come along. The property was perfect for us because my family was able to stay in the main house and each room had its own bathroom. My friend and her mom stayed in the separate unit upstairs with its own bathroom and living area are as well. This made them feel more comfortable during the stay because they had added privacy. The house had everything we needed to cook (except a lime squeezer, I recommend bringing your own if you’re going to be squeezing a lot or lemons or limes like us). I was able to make all meals for all my family with the utensils and cookware that was available saving us money bc we didn’t have to go out to eat, especially during the busy holiday weekend. If you expect the “brand new” feeling then this is not the place for you. It has a lived in feel that made it so comfortable and easy to enjoy. The kids had a blast at the pool every evening since it was located just steps away from our backyard. We all loved the house and my dad was especially enamored with it. Thank you for the easy checkin and checkout process and for the great communication during our stay. Would definitely recommend for your family vacation!

The Home never stated that it wasn't capable of support a handicap individual. This became an issue but found a way to make it better for the person. The initial account creation didn't offer a list of available items and what we should bring. The after hours help desk was great. The 5th room was in a loft but should've had access to the inner home so ppl don't have to access it from the outside. The 5th room had its own code, where you have to ask support for it. The upstairs bunk bed room was too small and wasn't listed in the preview. The games table, as listed in the preview wasn't listed in the home but were put a way in the garage. All kitchen appliances worked well. The living room electronics lacked an instructional document as how to use them. One of your gate codes don't work. Also, consider other golf cart options as the one that the home rental provides is a great cost but lacks quality to other vendors. If you want radio/BT then consider another vendor. Be carful with the tubs, as they are slippery or consider a bath mat. Bring extra home/bath towels. The fridge will be missing many side door plastic shelves. The tub shower hooks and rods as rusty, and should be replaced. Our rental said we had 4 parking spaces but we only had 2, which were in front of the garage doors. Consider paper plates, to avoid washing dishes. Consider soft soap dispensers, as there will be small bar of soaps. The beds are comfortable, which were a plus.
