Cordova Dream Lower offers two luxuriously well-appointed bedrooms. You'll find both bedrooms equipped with queen-size beds. The conveniently located bathroom is shared between both bedrooms and offers a shower/tub combo. Feel free to pack light! All bedding and linens are provided, and the bathroom is equipped with a blow dryer for your convenience. Best of all, there is a washer and dryer for you to use while you’re here! Save room in your suitcase for souvenirs!

The best thing about this place is the location - just a block away from the Historic downtown area. It's on a quiet street, with friendly neighbors, close to the trolley tour stop, which made for lovely porch swinging and super walkable. The place feels like it used to be a permanent rental to college student. It need some maintenance (had unpainted spackle on the walls and a leaky kitchen faucet) and is quiet dim compared to the overexposed pictures. The amenities are also very basic, e.g. you only get 1 roll of toilet paper regardless of the # of people and duration of stay, there's a coffee maker but no coffee, no beach towels or amenities. We were also concerned that the management company requires signing an extensive lease document outside of the Airbnb platform to maintain our booking. We would stay there again (but would bring our own beach towels and toilet paper!) Since this is a new listing, I hope they make a few minor changes, so this is more comfortable for future guests

Perfect location! We could walk/bike to most downtown places, and we appreciated having the off-street parking spot. Check in was easy, and the requirements for check out were very reasonable. The only caution I have is that some of the furnishing could use an upgrade. The sofas were not comfortable for sitting through a movie (did not try pulling out the sleepers) and the photos of the outdoor furniture were out of date. The obvious deterioration of their condition (broken slat in rocker seat and collapsing wicker set) made them seem unsafe. The March weather didn't encourage outdoor time, but I'd recommend a refresh for the new season. We were grateful our number one criteria -- large dog -- was met so successfully. We were definitely comfortable with the space, layout, and ammenities provided!
