Access to 1033 Cinnamon Beach is via elevator to the third floor. There is tile flooring throughout, except for carpeted guest bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and living areas are an open floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of solid surface countertops, and everything is available in this kitchen to whip up gourmet meals, or just snacks or toast and coffee in the morning. All you have to do is bring the food! Appliances include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave and side by side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. A kitchen breakfast bar is next to the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a round glass-top table seating four, with two barstools at the kitchen bar. This flows out into the comfortable living area with queen-size sleeper sofa, end tables, lamps, recliner, side chair and coffee table on an area rug, opposite which is a credenza with large flat screen TV. The lake-front lanai has a rectangular table that seats six, as well as another square table seating two.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, armoire with flat screen TV, as well as ceiling fan. The large en suite bathroom has dual vanities and lavatories with plenty of storage space beneath, full wall mirror, a corner walk-in shower with glass wall and glass door, as well as a corner garden tub. All towels and linens are provided. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with nightstands and lamps, a triple dresser with flat screen TV and ceiling fan. There is a shared bathroom with the third guest bedroom that has a walk-in shower, vanity and lavatory with plenty of storage space beneath. The third bedroom has twin beds, nightstand with lamp, ceiling fan and a three-drawer chest with flat screen TV.

I've already recommended that friends search Vtrips for their next vacation. I've been in Sales and Customer Service for 90% of my working life. I ''know" good customer service when I exeperience it. Vtrip employees from Palm Coast Office Manager, Stephanie to office personel (lovely lady originally from NJ came quickly with toaster replacement) to the cleaning crew were all wonderful!

Everything was fine. Plenty of amenities on the property within walking distance and well located. The room number is a bit misleading as the 1000\'s are in the 1100 building after the gate guard said it was in building nine.. Air conditioner was it\'s own mind and wouldn\'t hold what was entered no matter how carefully you tried to follow the directions. Otherwise enjoyed it very much. Would rent again.

Great stay clean and lots to do. Love the security and beautiful beach. I would recommend this condo to all my friends and family. Close to St Augustine and Flagler for shopping and great restaurants.

Loved the property...great for the kids...young and teens...loved the security...all the extra ammenities were great...price was fantastic...only downfall was our condo wasn\'t cleaned as well as I would have liked...but that wasn\'t a deal breaker for another vacation there...

We would recommend this. Nice condo, decent size rooms, master bed room/bath were excellent, kitchen was fine, deck enjoyable. Pools were a short walk, workout room was nice (small but not overcrowded in Dec/Jan week). Nice places to walk/run and enjoy the scenery. Felt very safe given it was a gated and guarded community. Only ate out a few times, but lots of excellent places to eat/go nearby. We were a family of 6 and frig size was a little tight for us, as well as crockpot and a few pots/pans. Rated property condition a 4 due to unusual smell. Hot tub at kid pool was broken about 1/2 our stay. Would recommend and come again.
