This gorgeous, newly renovated canal home is located on Frio Drive, only a few blocks by boat to the open bay. Tie your boat or jet ski off at the private dock in the back of this home. Fishing from the dock is so much fun – shady outside concrete area in the covered deck. The upstairs deck extends out to the edge of the canal creating large entertaining areas both upstairs and at ground level. There is a fish cleaning station for the catch of the day! There is an private outside shower and john for cleaning up after a day out on the boat, so you don’t have to walk through the house! Full Size Washer/Dryer. SORRY, NO PETS AT THIS PROPERTY. This is a one story home consisting of three generous size bedrooms, and two full baths. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, TV, Ceiling fan and large closet for stowing your gear. The primary bedroom also has a en suite bath with a large step-in shower. The second bedroom has both a queen bed and a full bed and will accommodate 4 guests. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a roll out twin trundle. The second bath is for the common area and use by 2nd and 3rd bedrooms features a large step in shower (no tub in this property. Most rooms have a view of the water! This open concept fully updated kitchen with white Shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, white granite with ample counterspace and a very large island including 4 bar stools. The perfect place to mix some cool beverages in the afternoon. Every kind of kitchen tool imaginable including a Kitchen Aide stand mixer if you feel like baking! Dining area has nice table with with seating for 6. The living area has two large sofas and nice chairs so the whole group can watch TV, play games at the large coffee table. There’s something for everyone at Riley’s Retreat in Sea Isle. Please note: parties, weddings, receptions, or company festivities are not allowed at Riley's Retreat. This house is only for family groups and responsible adults older than 25 years of age. Adults cannot rent properties on behalf of underage guests. Winter Snowbirds are always welcome.

EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
