The condo was clean and just as described. Got our family well. The only problem was the sofa bed l. It is not in good shape and all and probably should be replaced. I’m not sure what previous families did, but that thing is in a bad way! Didn’t matter at all, though. Everything else was perfect. Would stay there again.

Wonderful, worry free stay. Pristinely clean, amazing location. We could see sting rays swimming off shore each morning. Splash pad and pools were incredibly fun for 3 year old toddler. On site bars/snack bars had friendly staff and accepted debit cards. Accessible and smart design of the building. If you arrive after registration desk is closed, no worries. Just stop by the next morning when they open to register parking and get wristbands for amenities. Right across from an Alvin’s Island beach supply store packed with floats, boogie boards, swimsuits, towels, etc. Less than 2.5 miles from Pier Park. Easy travel to Walmart and other grocery suppliers. Absolutely plan to stay here in the future. Best beachside venue we’ve enjoyed.

Extremely clean property, sizable rooms and large bathrooms. Very functional kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit. Well decorated and well kept, stocked well for short (week or less) stays. Incredible view from deck and so accessible to points of interest. Splash pad and ocean are SO CLOSE it’s literally a few steps from property’s elevator. Parking was easy and safe. 2.5 miles from pier point. We will absolutely be back to this property, it’s the best stay we’ve had at beaches across the gulf coast.
