I would tell them that the staff for the building is not the easiest to work with, but the pool, views, and private beach are fantastic. The area isn't as commercialized as many areas in Florida are, it was both a blessing and a curse. It was sometimes hard to find a nice place to have dinner not knowing the area.

The property management sent a message stating we "may" be able to check in early if the room is ready, we arrived one hour early and noboby was in the condo but they would not allow us in until the check in time. We reported a loose toilet seat and broken lamp shade that were never addressed. The pool, beach, and views were fantastic. If you are looking for a non commercialized area with small crowds, it's ideal. The condo was clean and updated, the beds were as comfortable as any we've ever slept in, and the privacy was great.

V-Trips (Distinctive Beach Rentals were first class property managers. I believe it was Kathy in the office. Always there to answer questions from distant telephone or on site. The instructions and directions were so complete and sent well before we arrived were so helpful that only once did I need to drop into their office. Highly professional management staff and great property and beautiful weather and post-card sunsets.....a vacation to remember with great fondness. We would love to come back.
