Bring your own coffee maker. Or a coffee press. All they have is a Kurig, which is substandard coffee for vacation. Owner needs to install a Cuisinart drip coffee (cone filter) machine in my opinion.

Clean and new! Only a couple of blocks to the beach and I liked the view from the porch of the canal seeing all the boats coming and going.
