The first floor of the home has an open floor plan with a kitchen and dining area with a table seating 6 and a breakfast bar seating for 4. The living room area offers cathedral ceilings that add to the open feel, a decorative fireplace, and has a sleeper sofa. Right off the living room is a wrap-around porch that offers a dining table for 6 and multiple seating options for guests. The wrap-around porch also offers stairs to the ground level and stairs leading up to an attached sun porch on the top floor. Also located on the main floor is a full bath off the hall and two guest bedrooms furnished with a King and a Queen bed.
The top floor of the home offers a primary suite with an attached full bath and access to the sun porch. There is also a separate seating area just outside the bedroom which overlooks the large front windows and the open living area below. The laundry room is also located on the top floor.
This home is a great location from which to enjoy a vacation to Tybee Island! Second Avenue is a very bike-friendly street and is actually considered part of the bike path on the island and we encourage you to get out and explore the island this way as it is truly the best way to travel! Walking distance to the Tybee Island IGA grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Need more space for your upcoming vacation? Then consider also renting Coastal Soul Cottage, directly across the street, a 2 bedroom neighboring home that sleeps up to 5. When combined with Catch a Wave, that would be a total of 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 13 guests.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

It was amazing. I do think we left a night light plugged into the bedroom upstairs. If anyone found or that can be checked, I'm happy to drive out and pick it up! We're local so no need to shop anything! Thanks in advance!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Combiner to the beach, the grocery store, gas station, and dining. The house was very roomy and clean. The master bedroom was large enough for our toddler to sleep on a pallet on the floor very comfortably as well our dog on the other side of the room. We will book again next year!

- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
