Salty Blue Mermaid has a large open-concept living/dining/kitchen area that is perfect for families who like to be together. The living area has a very large sectional sofa, so seating for everyone. There is an electric fireplace and giant TV over the fireplace where guests may enjoy their latest streaming shows on any of the smart TVs in the house. This home also has WIFI and cable television. The large table and chairs along with seating at the island will accommodate all of the guests so everyone can sit for a meal. The three ""adult"" bedrooms each have a king-size bed and private bathroom and walkout access to the deck from all three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a television and ceiling fan - a room for all of the adults to have some privacy! The fourth bedroom is a custom-made bunk room with 3 sets of twin bunks. No sleeper sofas on this property - everyone in a bed. The walkout balcony features ample seating and a nice view of the water as the homes in this neighborhood were built for their view of the water, situated on the lot so each home has a nice view.
Salty Blue Mermaid is close to the water located in the secluded Indian Beach subdivision - it's quiet and nice. Guests will find everything they need in the fully outfitted kitchen to prepare meals for up to 12 guests. The driveway at this home will accommodate 4 large motor vehicles. This home has an outdoor shower (please rinse the sand off before entering the home), a picnic table under the house for shady breezes, and a charcoal grill for preparing tonight's feast!

Indian beach is a well-established, beachside and bayside West End Galveston Island neighborhood. Indian Beach is a family-friendly neighborhood, and beaches do not permit vehicles to drive on the beaches..

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Indian Beach HOA does not permit vacation rental guests to use HOA amenities; guest access to pool, tennis court and fishing pier are strictly for Indian Beach residents.
Outside/exterior security surveillance is present at this home for the security of the home and our guests.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Get reassurances ahead of time from the owner that everything is in working order. A lot needs attention on this house before I would stay there again.
