Great location and views of the beach. Plenty of room for all of us. Listing should clarify that “5th bedroom is the den with a pull out. But is still worked for us.

Beautiful place but AC did not work upstairs, text and called no fix - HOT on top level and windows difficult to open. Paid extra to heat pool and hot tub the person came to turn on and did it wrong, had to call back. Owner came in to pickup package during stay but I was not notified until afterwards. Extra bed in office not ideal, hidden bed. Couldn’t figure out how to turn office fan on. Fridge had issues closing due to a previously broken shelf piece. Property was stunning but total cost difficult to justify without adequate AC.
