Welcome to Casa Marina 152, your waterfront resort-style two-bedroom, two bath tropical hideaway in paradise located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island. Within walking distance is a public marina and movie theatre. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include deeded beach access, a heated pool with cabana just steps from your building, and fishing piers. There is ample parking and a convenient trash chute next to the elevator. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all linens and towels, ceiling fans throughout and private washer and dryer. Entry at ground level is through a secure, air conditioned and furnished lobby. Take the elevator with glass wall to the first floor and enter the condo into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. There is tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, bathrooms and on the balcony, but otherwise carpeting in the dining, living areas, and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully outfitted, complete with plenty of cabinets and granite counterspace with backsplash and all the items necessary to make it easier to prepare full-course meals, should that be on your list. There is a European style stainless steel sink with disposal. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser in the door, a range with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher and built-in above range microwave. A pass-through bar into the dining area has 3 high boy cushioned chairs. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and a table seating six. This flows into the living room that is nicely furnished with an L-shaped sofa and coffee table, an over-stuffed chair with floor lamp in one corner, and opposite the sofa is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV with over-stuffed chair with ottoman beneath, as well as a round coffee table. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out onto the well-furnished screened-in balcony. The location of this particular condo is at the corner of a wide canal that leads out to Estero Bay. The balcony extends from the living room to the master bedroom area, and is nicely furnished with a round patio table and four chairs with cushions, a glass-top table, as well as two cushioned patio chairs and two cocktail tables. This may well be a frequent focal point to sit and enjoy the fantastic views of the canals, back bay, and numerous boats passing by. You may even see occasional dolphins cruising the canals. At the master bedroom end of the balcony, behind louvered doors, is the laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands, lamp and double dresser with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the screened in balcony as previously described. There is a large walk-in closet, next to which is the en suite bathroom with single piece vanity with lavatory and plenty of storage space beneath, wall mirror, commode and a tiled walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom is nicely furnished with bunk beds, a double bed on the bottom and a single bed above. There is also a desk and chair, above which is a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is also a tall cabinet with shelves, as well as a large walk-in closet. The adjacent guest bath has a single piece vanity and lavatory with wall mirror, commode, and tiled combination tub/shower.
