Brass Rail 316 condo is on the third floor, just outside of the elevator. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the perfect place for your vacation needs. The open floor plan of the living and dining area includes a sleeper sofa and a Flat Screen TV. Located right off the living area is your balcony with seating for four. There is a glimpse of the ocean over the rooftops. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom. The dining area has seating for 6, and 3 stools at the breakfast bar connected to the kitchen.
The spacious primary bedroom suite has a King-sized bed with a TV, balcony access, and an attached bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen. The second guest bedroom has 2 Twins. There is a full bath in the hall that the guest bedrooms share along with an additional half bath.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator.
NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Property was great, TVR staff was awful. They seemingly schedule office hours to where you can't call when you're checking in (after 4pm) nor checking out (before 10am), when you'd think people have the most questions/issues. The guest portal was non functional.

Very clean and beachy themed. We were able to walk to shops and dining which made it so easy since we didn't have to get in the car everything we wanted to go explore. Close and walkable to some really good restaurants and souvenir shops.

The description was accurate, but it was so much more than the description provides. Central location in that in 300-500 feet, you’re at the beach. In the other direction to your choice of restaurants or shopping. You park your car next to the elevator, easily unload and everything is incredibly close and convenient. We loved this place.

- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
