Château Soleil

We really liked the location/beach access, the number of towels, the number of access points to the balconies/view, and parking space. However, we noticed that the master shower leaked and a kitchen outlet did not work (which we reported and you responded to quickly). Also, over the days there, we noticed that the property seemed much more beaten up than I would\'ve expected for such a new building - the walls were dirty, the couch was saggy, couch pillows had stains, the sliding shower doors for the bathroom off of the queen were very difficult to move and/or off the track, one of the toilets was not fully secured to the ground (tilted when you sat on it), the outdoor grill was tipped over when we arrived (which we put upright) and was covered in rust. I know it stated there were no kitchen essentials but we were shocked to find salt, pepper, and coffee filters weren\'t even on-site.

Excellent house and location for my family. We had a group of 10- 6 adults aging from 45-85 and 4 children ages 7-13. Everyone enjoyed stay. We stayed in late October and the weather cloudy but still very nice out. We brought our own towels and food. Pros: 1. Location to beach...few steps 2. Views of ocean from every window 3. Large open area for cooking, eating, tv/music, playing games, all in same room 4. There were some toys and floats left for children. There was also a kayak but we did not use (it was heavy) 5. Two coffee makers. There was a drip as well as a Keurig type coffee maker (this wasn\'t listed online). 6. wifi was great; multiple electronics were used 7. Very Clean 8. Beds very comfortable and showers great, especially Masters 9. If you like to walk...the walkers in the group walked easily to Tipsy Turtle down the beach. 10. Shutter Windows were great for helping with windy nights. 11. Fantastic communication with Ryson and very friendly employee at home when we arrived finishing up home. Cons: (Not really any cons) 1. Microwave tray was missing 2. Humidifiers don\'t cut off automatically so they overflowed a few times. We emptied out the one top of the stairs landing 6 or 7 times. I believe the other downstairs was working fine. 3. Icemaker is very small and not working well so we purchased our own ice. 4. Screendoor on main level outside was difficult to keep close during windy nights. 5. Would be helpful to have some basic cooking supplies in the house like salt and pepper Our stay was MAGICAL and we are hoping to stay at the same house again some day. We made wonderful memories there and appreciate you sharing your home with us. Thank you for everything.
