Welcome to your beautiful beach getaway at this two-bedroom, two-bath pet-friendly home that accommodates six and has a heated swimming pool. You will love the location with the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. The beach is only a quick 5-minute walk away and we supply the typical necessities you will need for a day at the beach. If you are looking to have a pool day instead, we also have pool floats and toys for you to enjoy. The pool area has plenty of seating options with three chaise lounges, and two outdoor dining sets each seating 4. There is also a grill supplied for all of your barbecue needs. There are many great restaurants within a few minutes’ walk such as the famous Heavenly Biscuits, Tuckaway Café, and Mom’s. There is also a convenience store right at the end of the street for you to grab any snacks, drinks, or beer that you may want. The famous Time Square is only a trolley ride away or you can take a quick 15-minute walk there and stop at restaurants and bars along the way. The home has a large 75-inch LED TV in the main living area for you to enjoy sports, movies and tv on. There is complimentary WIFI, and all linens and towels are provided. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, and a pass-through bar with four bar seats on the dining area side. Appliances include a stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer with ice machine and water dispenser, Washer/dryer machines, dishwasher, stove top/oven and a countertop microwave. Also in the kitchen area is a door giving access out to a screened in porch with views of the pool area. The open dining and living area includes a dining table with seating for six and a nicely furnished living room with a sleeper-sofa and matching loveseat. The first floor is also where you'll find a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, and a flat screen TV. The adjacent hallway guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The primary bedroom with an on-suite bath located on the upper level has a king-size bed, a wall-mounted corner flat screen TV, and a vanity table located right outside the bedroom. Sliding glass doors on the upper level provide access to another deck overlooking the pool area. There is plenty of off-street parking with enough room to accommodate four vehicles.
