The stay started off on the wrong foot. There were some issues with getting into the house. I had made a couple of calls prior to check in day and check in day and it felt like we were bothering the customer services reps. The code was not working on the door. Several of the TV did not work someone came out and they worked for a little while. The kitchen was lacking with pan, bakeware, and bowls. Was disappointed in this thing for the price point of the house. The house is beautiful, golf cart was nice.

The home was beautiful and spacious. We had issues with the rental place first the hot tub isn’t a hot tub it’s connected to the pool so when ad said hot tub and pool and then heat the pool for extra 100 a night well this should have been specific and said hot tub also. So we arrived with a cold hot tub. Then we paid and waited a whole day and still wasn’t heated. Let the rental company know it wasn’t working they gave a big run around and said the maintenance said it is working. Which is was not so basically felt they didn’t believe me and calling me a liar. Also said the words does that make sense so that was like are you dumb? Finally after 3 days we had a hot tub then they shut it off because of cold weather and after we contacted them on our 5th day they finally sent someone to turn it on and it didn’t work again. Our ac was out for 5 days of our stay and luckily we had 2 cold nights the other 3 we where hot and couldn’t sleep well. The owner came out and replaced the ac and he was nice but the company he pays to rent his property are not hospitable and have no clue what they are doing. We will not be using silver sands rentals in the future as they gave no apologies and no solutions just excuses. Also was promised to get our $100 returned for the hot tub and promised it would run the remainder of the time we where there with no payment, we did not get our refund and the hot tub was on only 3 days of our 7 day trip. When you pay a lot of a extra special vacation and have to deal with what we did it ruins your time.

The house was beautiful and in a great location. We loved that the beach was just a short stroll over the boardwalk. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Being able to use the golf cart was a fun bonus. The house was set up perfectly for multiple families.
