It’s all about location on vacation, and Cozy Beach Bungalow does not disappoint! This home enjoys a prime location close to the water as well as some of Pensacola Beach’s most popular activities. You will be in a vacation state of mind in no time when you stay here. With all of the at-home comforts necessary for a beach getaway, you’ll hardly have to lift a finger. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and enough cookware to really show off your culinary skills on vacation. A spiral staircase takes you upstairs where you will find two guest bedrooms and the primary suite. Sit out on the balcony while you take in the view and the fresh sea air. There’s no better place to spend your time on vacation!  

Meanwhile, the downstairs bonus room is a game room with a full tiki bar. The sliding glass doors lead you to the sundeck perfect for lounging and the outdoor saltwater pool which can be heated during your stay for a fee. Our stay was very nice. The pool was awesome, but the house itself needs updating, it needs more outlets in the basement. But overall, it was nice.

The house was perfect for our stay. We did my grandmother memorial service on the beach. The pool was amazing for days we didn’t want to go to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros - Great location, walkable to the beach. Awesome pool. Clean space. Super responsive host - we had an issue with the fridge not cooling properly and it was fixed within 24 hours. Beds were super comfortable. Overall good value. Cons - for as responsive as the host is, was surprised by a few maintenance needs - downstairs sliding glass door was almost impossible to open, the front door keypad was finicky - sometimes had to enter the code 4-5 times before it would unlock, there were some rusty nails sticking out of the outdoor stairs leading down to the pool area, the spiral staircase didn’t seem to be properly installed, there was a leather chair in the living room that was ripped and peeling, and the fridge filter needed to be changed. Would be mindful that it is difficult to navigate the spiral staircase with small children or elderly.
