Estero Beach & Tennis Club unit 705C is a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo located at the southern end of the island. The amenities of a luxury high-rise condo greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts and bellman trolleys at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. Estero Beach & Tennis Club consists of three towers located on 10 acres with lush tropical vegetation and well-manicured landscaping with pond and fountain near the entrance. The heated pool is just outside the lobby elevators between buildings A and B. Tower C is the southernmost building and is literally just steps to the beach where seven miles of secluded white sugar sand beach awaits. Other amenities include four clay tennis courts, BBQ grills and plenty of parking. At the end of the driveway is the Trolley stop where you can climb aboard and go either up or down the entire island. Santini Marina Plaza is directly across the boulevard touting numerous restaurants and shops, and behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the bustling Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants, and night life. To the south one can visit Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches and tropical foliage. Bird lovers will enjoy the wide variety of colorful birds. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, WiFi and cable TV and all linens and towels. For your convenience a coin operated laundry facility is available at ground level. Upon entering your condo on the seventh floor, a corner unit, step into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas and out to the balcony with its panoramic views of the beaches and Gulf of Mexico. There is wood flooring throughout, with tile in the bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is nestled to the left upon entry, with beautiful granite countertops accented by corner European style kitchen sink. All appliances are stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, glasstop range with oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired. The adjacent dining area has a glasstop table seating four. This flows into the living area which has a queen-size sleeper-sofa for additional sleeping for 2 guests if needed, a coffee table and a cozy corner sitting area. Opposite the sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the furnished balcony overlooking the resort grounds and Gulf of Mexico. The well-appointed bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, double dresser and corner desk with chair and windows opening out on two sides where its gulf views everywhere you look. A floor to ceiling folding door affords privacy should guests be present. A full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower adjoins, with full vanity and walk-in closet.
