Hammock Dunes West also shares a pool with Hammock Dunes East and the neighboring Hammock Dunes Cottages; the ground-floor living room opens right up to the pool so that you can go for a refreshing morning swim. Additionally, on the ground floor, you will find the master suite along with two other guest bedrooms.
Once you make your way up to the second floor, you will find the main living areas and kitchen plus another master suite and two guest bedrooms. The second-floor kitchen comes outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island, and a wet bar. The large dining area off the kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy a nice home-cooked meal with you and your loved ones. As an added bonus, you’ll enjoy Gulf views from just about every angle in this incredible home, whether you are getting ready for bed on the third floor or watching your favorite show in the living room. Meanwhile, on the third floor, you will also find two more guest bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom outfitted with a large jetted walk-in shower and marble vanity.

Deposits
If your reservation is within 45 days, full payment is required. A reservation deposit of $300 is required for booking amounts up to $4,000. A deposit of $1,000 is required for booking amounts over $4,000. All deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellations
After 48 hours of booking, if canceled, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
