Inside the condo, you'll find everything you need to make yourself at home. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun, with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and ample seating. The dining area has space to seat up to 6. Whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which also features additional seating at the breakfast bar for 2.
The highlight of the coastal condo is the private furnished balcony, which offers gorgeous ocean and beach views. Soak up the ocean breezes and bask in the stunning views while you relax in style. The balcony is accessible from both the primary bedroom and living room.
Bedroom 1 features a plush king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a double sink, separate tub, and shower. Bedroom 2 also boasts a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has two queen-size beds as well as a flat-screen TV.
About Sandpiper Condos: Discover the ultimate oceanfront oasis at the Sandpiper Condo building, situated right on the Strand at the South end of Tybee Island! Boasting a prime location in the heart of the bustling South end, this gated building puts you just steps away from the beach, Tybee Pier, mouthwatering restaurants, and fabulous shopping. Separated from the beach by a public parking lot, the Sandpiper Condo building is flanked by two popular Tybee hotspots: Fannie's on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee's events like the fireworks show on July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year's Eve.
There is also a queen inflatable aero bed for extra sleeping space. This property is handicap-friendly (elevator, not ADA-compliant). The building has a private, gated parking garage below the building. Each unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. This condo is pet-friendly, for 2 dogs.
NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking spaces- especially during peak/ high seasons.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Overall, we spent a lovely week at Tybee Island. The location is perfect as you are in the center of all things. However, it could have been trickier if we had small children, since on weekends the noise from the public beach parking lot/pier was quite loud. For us the location was great. The house had everything we needed and most of the beds were comfortable other than the master suite. That bed was quite hard, so much so that we went and bought a mattress pad to make it passable. Additionally there are no blackout curtains in that room, so if light wakes you up, you’ll be up with the sun. Lastly, the condo had some cleanliness issues. The bathrooms were not as clean as we’d like (found hairballs from previous tenants in showers and/or on the floor) and we were continually taking dishes out to use only to find them dirty. We finally just ran most things through the dishwasher and then used them. Nothing earth-shattering, but a little gross and annoying.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
