Good value compared to other condos. No extras tho that you find in a more personalized condo (books, sand toys, games, salt/pepper, etc) but just knowing that in advance is fine. Also GATE CODE on Southern’s precheck-in email was WRONG. Otherwise all was very good.

I do not see that you called to report any issues to our 24/7 Guest Service Team. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. This property requires you to register through the HOA site for all the property codes. This information is also inside the guest portal, a website link sent to all guests before check-in. Also included in the guest portal is a list of items that we do provide in the unit, and the items we do ask our guests to bring along. It is not customary for Southern to provide condiments, spices, or other personal cooking items needed for guest's personal use. We are happy to pass along your feedback to our operations team for future consideration. I hope you can provide us the opportunity to regain your patronage with Southern Vacation Rentals. I would stay in this condo if other options fall through. It’s right by the elevator and gets VERY loud. We never got the correct code to access the beach and pool.

The property is lovely. Our only problem was that the gate codes we were given did not work. Another guest gave us a code we could use, and the owner confirmed it.
