With two community pools and meandering walkways to view local flora and enjoy the sea breeze, you’ll feel yourself relaxing the moment you arrive.

Flip Flops N Shades is only four blocks from one of our most popular beaches in the Gulf Coast. Calming tropical colors lend a sophisticated but cozy ambiance. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and breakfast bar with dining seating for six. The spacious living area showcases a 65-inch flat-screen TV. Lovingly restored with beautiful high ceilings, large windows and comfortable furniture, you’ll find yourself gathering together for movie nights after long days of adventure. Be sure to spend time on the patio! With a grill and outdoor dining under a pergola, you can share wonderful moments together.

When you’re ready to turn in for the night, you’ll find comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom offers a king-size bed and flat-screen HDTV with a shared full-size bathroom. The upstairs carriage house offers two additional bedrooms that share a full-size bathroom. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed with flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a queen-over-queen-size bunk bed. The carriage house offers a kitchenette with a living area and TV.

Village Walk neighborhood rules: the property manager will provide four parking passes upon your arrival. No boats, RVs or trailers are allowed at Village Walk. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no street parking or parking in red zones. No pets allowed.
