Surrounded by towering Ponderosa pines under azure skies with mountain views in the distance, Alpine Pearl Lodge is just as much a haven for you as it is for the hummingbirds! Combining luxury with rustic charm, this peaceful and private three-bedroom, two-bathroom mountain retreat is located right in the middle of an area that's loaded with opportunities for nature lovers, from hitting the slopes at nearby Ski Apache to fishing, hiking, biking, or horseback riding in Alto Lake and Recreation Area. Just a short drive away, the Inn of the Mountain Gods casino resort offers endless options for entertainment, while Ruidoso Downs Racetrack features horse racing during the summer months. Ruidoso Winter Park offers snow tubing in the winter months and zip-lining year-round. For the golf enthusiast, the Links at Sierra Blanca is just a ten-minute drive away. And less than half an hour away, Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National Conservation Area, the Hubbard Museum of the American West, the art galleries and artisan shops of Sudderth Drive, and Grindstone Lake and Trail System offer even more fun diversions.

The spacious kitchen features a wide breakfast bar, lots of workspace, full-size appliances and everything you need to whip up anything from a simple snack to a lavish brunch. Gather at the dining table for a family meal or board game, or, if barbecuing is more your thing, the spacious, covered deck is the perfect place to do it, thanks to a gas grill and plenty of seating from which you can relax and enjoy the wooded view. Or take your meal out to the picnic table under the trees! When you’re finished, retreat to the hot tub for a soak under the stars.

With room to sleep nine, Alpine Pearl Lodge’s three comfortable bedrooms feature every comfort including luxuriously made-up beds (a king-size bed in the master bedroom, king-size bed in the second bedroom and, for the kids, a twin-over-queen bed in the third bedroom), nightstands with reading lamps and ceiling fans. Bedrooms one and two are furnished with smart HDTVs along with the master bedroom, and the master bathroom features an extra-wide vanity with dual sinks. Both full bathrooms are well supplied with fresh towels, and a washer and dryer making refreshing your wardrobe a snap.

The Property was exactly as described, tastefully decorated and convenient to town. It began to snow after we arrived and just added to the beautiful scenery with this cabin... I would highly recommend and will stay there again on my next trip

My family of 5 had a great time staying the week at Hummingbird Haven! There was plenty of room for all of us, it was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, the back patio and hot tub were great, and the deck in the front of the house has plenty of room to sit and enjoy the weather and watch the wildlife! The location is convenient to everything in town - you can't go wrong with this place!
