Featuring an open central gathering area on the main level, The Haven has soaring ceilings in the impressive great room, which includes ample seating, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and a wall mounted TV.
No detail was overlooked in the well-equipped kitchen. You will love having double appliances and everything is high-end. The massive island has seating for fifteen and plenty of counter space for meal prep. You can also eat together at the at the dining table that has room for everyone in your crew.
Each of the eight bedrooms is a suite with a private bath. There are two on the main floor along with six more upstairs. This is the perfect set-up for family vacations or a trip with couples.
Head down to The Haven's lower level where you'll discover a beautifully decorated family room and entertainment area. Switch on the TV to watch the big game and sink into the comfy sectional sofa. The gas fireplace provides the perfect ambiance on a crisp mountain night. There is bar seating as well and a full kitchen so you can make your favorite snacks too. While others watch TV, you can rack 'em up for a friendly game of pool.
Outside, the expansive deck is ideal for cookouts and it also features a wood-burning fireplace. Pull up a few chairs, relax, and create memories with special people that will last a lifetime. The deck overlooks the yard that has an adorable playhouse and a fire pit for making s'mores.
A path leads through the trees to your private dock. Bring your boat or rent one at a local marina, and cruise Deep Creek Lake's miles of shoreline. At the end of the day, you can take a soothing soak in the bubbling outdoor hot tub. It the ideal spot to unwind throughout all four seasons.
The Haven is close to favorite Deep Creek Lake activities! Within a five-to-ten-minute drive, you will find restaurants, shops, the movie theater, mini golf and more. Wisp Resort is close-by putting skiing, golf, snow tubing, ziplines, and disc golf within easy reach.
The Haven is the lakefront escape for your family to spread out and enjoy all that the Deep Creek Lake area has to offer.

My husband and as well as 5-8 other couples have been renting properties as a group in Deep Creek for more than 9 years now and have always left with great memories year after year. We've stayed in wonderful accommodations in some of the larger homes with all of the kitchen tools, swimming pools, other amenities and all the bells and whistles. The Haven, an 8 bedroom, 9 1/2 bath home was our choice this year for Super Bowl weekend and it was lacking in certain areas to say the least. There was a lack of cleanliness.The kitchen floors were obviously not clean or appeared not to have been mopped prior to arrival. Carpet in some of the bedrooms looked overly worn with old spots. There was atleast one comforter that had what looked like oil spots on it. Some of the chairs at the dining room table as well as bar stools seemed to be on their last legs. They were very loose. The best part about the home is that there's a small indoor pool, plenty of amenities like the pool table, large refrigerators, plenty of kitchen gadgets which meant not having to use as many of our own utensils and the roominess was fantastic. There should be a standard of excellence for the accommodations considering that these are regularly rented homes which coats more than your average rental home due to its location and proximity to the lake in summer and skiing for winter. You have the best of both worlds in a quiet community. Just needs a little sparkle and shine and a few updates to bring it up to par.
