All guests who book a stay at Changes In Attitudes will receive an in-person welcome as part of our concierge services provided by Evoke Concierge, LLC. They will lead you on a brief tour of the home, designed to point out the most attractive features and amenities. During the brief visit, they will also be able to provide operational instructions, recommendations for the local area, and answer any questions that you may have. We know that you'll love getting to know the home, and Rockport, from a local's point of view!

Comfortable yet elegant, this three-bedroom, two-bath home combines convenience with luxury while sleeping up to 6 people. Don't worry about hauling your luggage to the upstairs bedrooms. Changes in Attitudes is all on one floor.

Unwind and relax with plush furniture in the living room that offers the perfect spot to stretch out for an afternoon nap on the sofa or for an evening family game night to just kick back after a fun day in the sun! Large windows help to fill the space with tons of natural light. The kitchen features lots of exquisite white cabinetry, great counter space, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, gas stove top with an oven as well as cooking and eating utensils to cook up some delicious meals during your stay. The dining area has a dining table with seating for six as well as seating for four at the breakfast bar.

Take a step out on the private screened patio and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and the gorgeous view from the chairs. Enjoy breakfast out here or dive into a good book using the chairs and couch provided for use during your stay. Or serve up happy hour cocktails during the sunset and fire up the grill for a surf & turf dinner. Enjoy your meal alfresco at the table. A separate office with a desk and chair is just the thing for when you need to check in with the office.

Rest and relaxation are what you will find in the primary bedroom! The primary bedroom offers a wonderful king-sized bed, two nightstands and a large dresser and storage cabinetry to provide the space to unpack your bags. You'll have private access to the screened patio to enjoy you morning coffee and sunrise views to make yourself feel at home. There is also a flat-screen television to enjoy your favorite shows and an ensuite bathroom. You will find this bathroom to be clean and spacious with a double vanity, step-in the tiled shower, and a fabulous freestanding soaker tub. Plenty of cabinet space easily lets you store your belongings.

A queen-size bed, two nightstands, and a Smart TV can be found in the second bedroom. The third bedroom serves as a bunk room where you can find two built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, a lounging sofa, and a wall-mounted Smart TV and board games. A kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and sink can be found in the bunk room as well – the ideal set up when traveling with the kids! With a combination tub and shower in the second full bathroom, you can enjoy both a quick rinse as well as a long soak.

Both full bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh, fluffy towels, and there's even a laundry room with a washer and dryer so you can keep your swimsuits dry. Speaking of swimsuits, enjoy the outdoors while splashing in the community, inground pool and enjoying the view of the bay, puttering around on the putting green, walking around on the walking trails, or spend some quality time fishing on the 300-foot lighted fishing pier. No need to choose, it's all available right at your back door!

Rockport-Fulton is home to many historical sights and parks, such as the Fulton Mansion Historic Site, Goose Island State Park and The Big Tree, and The Texas Maritime Museum. The Town of Fulton's fishing pier rebuild is complete, and certainly a must to check out!

You can spend a day shopping in the Historic Downtown Rockport offering an exciting collection of shops and restaurants. You don't want to miss the Rockport-Fulton Market Days. They have excellent vendors of the coastal bend area every 3rd weekend of every month.
