What makes a fishing vacation home perfect? Location, Location, Location...Imagine the ultimate Texas fishing vacation where you can relax and fish. Coastal Oasis is a beautiful home located between Copano Bay and Salt Lake. Stretch out in your own private 4-bedroom bay front home. Enjoy spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets while relaxing on the dock's custom gazebo or top deck porch. Your dogs will love it too (2 dogs max; 25 lbs or less).

From the spacious dock you can fish for Speckled Trout, Redfish, Black Drum, Flounder, Sheepshead and many more. After catching your fish, you can use the fish cleaning station on the dock. Since you will be fishing for hours there is a bench to sit and a gazebo with additional seating to allow your loved ones to enjoy with you.

It's time to cook! Coastal Oasis provides a charcoal BBQ grill for grilling or you can head to the huge kitchen that boasts of granite counter tops and fully equipped for cooking and serving your meals. There is also a Keurig Coffee Maker. The dining table seats 6 and there is more seating at the island bar.


The kitchen is opened with the spacious living room where you can catch up on reading or watch the HD TV with access to premium packages including the sports channels. The home has WIFI High Speed internet for your convenience.

The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. The primary has a twin roll-away in the closet available for use. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. These two rooms share a single Jacuzzi bathtub/shower and restroom. There is an additional bedroom downstairs with a king size bed and bathroom (there is not an internal staircase) Please note: The downstairs shower is out of commission right now.

We are small dog friendly and have a partially fenced in yard that opens to the dock. Please remember to bring a kennel for you pet while you are away from the house.

You're just minutes away from all the fun of downtown Rockport! Rockport Beach is a fun and affordable way to spend a day relaxing and swimming. Kids will also have a blast at the beach with the multiple themed playgrounds and swing sets. There are picnic tables and grills that you can set up at for the perfect beach experience. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum. Spend a day shopping on Market Street and an evening walking along the water. You can also enjoy fresh fish while watching the sunset over the bay at one of Rockport's many tasty seafood restaurants.
