This beautiful, two bedroom, two full bath, ranch home has tropical foliage, an incredibly gorgeous in-ground electric heated pool, and so much more.. Enter into the enclosed front porch sitting area where you can sit peacefully taking in the neighborhood. An enjoyable and private area to have that first cup of coffee and start your day. Head down the hallway to the right where you will find the two bedrooms which located towards the front of the house. The master offers a queen size bed, a couch, large closet, plenty of dresser space for all your belongings, a flat screen TV, and your own private full ensuite bathroom. Your guests will be well taken care of in the guest bedroom. It offers them two twin size beds and an in-room TV. A full bathroom in the hallway is perfectly located for everyone. To the left of the foyer is the living room. It?s well appointed with newer furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, tropical colors, a large flat screen TV and wireless internet. The living room opens to the glass and screen enclosed sunroom. This is a wonderful area for enjoying year round poolside sitting no matter what the weather. Enjoy bug free days and nights with plenty of comfortable seating options to keep everyone happy. Just off the living room is the eat-in kitchen. This large kitchen is bright and airy and open to the living and dining areas allowing the host to prepare delicious meals while staying in the conversation. Enjoy breakfast at the cozy dining area in the kitchen. The formal dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and filled with natural light from the sliding glass doors and offers an intimate setting. Take the stairs to the second level of the house where you will find a loft area. This is a great space for relaxing and getting away from the rest of your party. A large flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings make it a wonderful space for kicking back and relaxing. A futon provides for an additional sleeping area for two guests in their own private area. Heading outside enjoy countless hours swimming and cooling off in your private pool. The pool is exceptionally long unlike most here on the island, allowing those true swimmers to get some quality swimming in. But remember you did come here to experience our 7 miles of white sugar sand beach and it's just a 3 minute walk from the house.
